Weddings
with Stephanie Bennett, Harpist
click on the underlined selections to hear them.
Nothing enhances the
romantic, elegant ambiance of a wedding like live music played by
top-notch professional musicians. Over her thirty-year career,
Los Angeles harpist Stephanie Bennett has been honored to provide the
music for hundreds
and hundreds of weddings, in many traditions including: Buddhist,
Catholic, Christian, Hand-Fastings, Jehovah's Witness, Jewish
(Reform), Mixed
traditions, Mormon (not in the temple), Non-Sectarian, Pagan, Same-Sex,
Scientologist, Unitarian...
Only
a few of the songs in my repertoire are listed here, as an example.
If you have some musical selections in mind, that are not
listed
here, please inquire
and I might already have it in my repertoire. If I don't, you
can send me a CD or MP3
and/or sheet music (preferably both), and if it is suitable for harp
(or harp with other
instruments), I'll be happy to
arrange it and learn it for you. There may be an additional charge to
arrange a new song, depending on the
complexity of the selection, the size of the ensemble, etc.
Songs marked [C] are Christian and songs marked [J] are Jewish, so
of course I'll plan to use these only in weddings of the appropriate
religion, unless you specifically request them.
Most
of the songs listed on this page can be performed by various ensembles.
That is, even if the recording here shows harp alone or harp and flute,
it can also be performed by harp and violin; harp, violin and cello; harp, flute, violin and
cello; etc.

Thanks.
